Temporary fear and uncertainty caused by recent SEC rule change on shell companies. The smart investors will take advantage of the rules / price drop to their advantage. On another note being a TDA customer, I would have to say they have been on the wrong side consistently and hurt clients by limiting participation in the market while others trade freely...
