That represents a 12% increase in the number of O/S and the acquisition price ($2,15) is 11% higher than the current pps (1,94).

The Company intends to use the net proceeds to:

- establish a manufacturing facility,
- acquire inventory,
- fund R&D

I do not understand why the market would react negatively to such a great action by a company not even having depts on their books as of now (as per what has been showned up to now)?
