And, AGAIN, OTCM is not a regulator - it has ZERO regulatory authority. NONE.
AND the SEC has nott granted the proposal of OTCM to allow even the silly Expert Market to operate. And it is nott operating. It does not exist. It is only a mark on the home webpage on OTCM. Nothing more.
Nothing more.
Tickers like BDGY that became grey market tickers pursuant to the new SEC rule have lost all MM sponsorship and quotation. The path for it to become Pink again is exactly the same as all other grey market tickers.
The designation on OTCM as Expert Market is nothing more than a notation on the tickers webpage.
And OTCM has zero authority. NONE.
They can only mark some greys as expert on their silly website - and it means absolutely NOTHING. Zip. They are all greys, whether or nott OTCM has given them a special mark/gold star on their OTCM webpage.
The SEC does not recognize any difference whether a grey has the Expert notation on the OTCM webpage or nott. The SEC rule makes no differentiation, and the pathway back to Pink is exactly the same whether a ticker has an Expert Marker notation on its OTCM webpage or nott. There is NO DIFFERENCE in what is required to get back to Pink.
See the DD Fraud Board. I have wasted too much time on this OBVIOUS and trivial issue already.
I have been following pennyscams for four decades and a longstanding participant n DD Fraud Board (from long ago before the name was changed to the current name removing the Fraud from the title).
Many newbies from various now-grey pennyscam tickers have presented their misguided understanding of the OTCM Expert Market designation to the DD Fraud Board and this issue has been beaten to death on DD Fraud as a result.
