Yeah, sure, no pump at all on social media about the "common stock being saved!!!" by a completely dead company on social media. Hardly heard a peep... or whatever they're called.

This company issued the stock about a year ahead of the pump to the toxic lenders for their convertible notes at $0.0001, all of it documented and linked here:

So, sure, they didn't issue any stock after filing, didn't have to, it was already in the O/S awaiting the liquidity of the pump.

And it is incumbent on the company to notify FINRA of the bankruptcy filing. Guess they failed to do that.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
