To clear a few things: 1. CEO and CFO resignation. I have found from Seeking Alpha "Cryptyde is expected to go public later on with ticker TYDE in the form of a dividend. Vroman (CFO) will become CFO of Cryptyde." I did not find the whereabouts of the CEO, but I can safely assume similar outsome. 2. from today's 8-K, "On October 6, 2021, the Company filed a Current Report on Form 8-K announcing that the Record Date (the “Record Date”) for the TYDE Spin-off Dividend had been changed to October 22, 2021. The Company has elected to change the form of registration for the TYDE spin-off dividend such that it will be filing a Registration Statement on Form 10 (the “Form 10”). Upon successful completion of the standalone audit, the Company anticipates filing the Form 10 the week of October 25, 2021 with a Record Date of approximately 60 days post filing (on or about December 27, 2021)." I assume the detailed dividend info will be announced around 10/25 (next Monday) which will immediately calm the shareholders. With all the understanding, I bought some with ave at 6.22@ AH. I am glad I was able to get the shares at such a discount. Should see price recovery very quickly.
