As I said earlier, the judge will rule on whether this plan is legal and the creditors are either OK with it or they are treated in accordance with the law. The judge is not offering any opinion whatsoever and it is misleading to suggest the ruling will be an endorsement/prediction of success. And, of course the creditors are going to take what they can get, otherwise they get nothing.
