OTCM has NO authority whatsoever. Relying on OTCM statements is a huge error made by many. OTCM is nothing but a paid advertising website.

READ the DD Fraud Board.

There is no Expert Market. The SEC has stated it has no plans to act on the OTCM proposal to allow the OTCM proposed Expert Market.

BDGY is a grey market ticker. And it will need to do EXACTLY the same things as any other grey ticker to ever get back to Pink. Via the SEC and FINRA. And 99.99% of all grey tickers are never Pink again. And those few (handful) that regained Pink status, almost all of them went grey again within a year.

QUIT believing OTCM and their propaganda. FINRAs statement is only meaningful IF the SEC grants the OTCM proposal, which the SEC has indicated it has no plans to do.

And what 'will be' when the SEC has stated no intention to allow OTCMs proposal whatsoever.
