Yes, they increased the AS by 20b, not the OS. However, once people hear that there's some type of share increase they panic sell. No additional shares have been issued in the market so the panic is misplaced. If they raised the OS soon then that is when people could be excused for selling. I haven't sold a single share because of the AS increase as there's no need to.
