Some thoughts on the IPR's: I still find it odd that Intel did not file parallel petitions against the '685 patent as they did against the other three patents. For review:

PR2021-00449 - '188 patent - Denied
IPR2021-00550 - '188 patent - Trial Instituted
IPR2021-00551 - '959 patent - Denied
IPR2021-00552 - '959 patent - Trial Instituted
IPR2021-00553 - '483 patent - Denied
IPR2021-00554 - '483 patent - Trial Instituted
IPR2021-00555 - '685 patent - Denied

However, there is one piece of information that people have overlooked. Estoppel in the case of the '685 patent.

"Estoppel isn't triggered in an inter partes re-examination until patentability has been "finally determined," while inter partes review triggers estoppel upon "final written decision," making the later a much more efficient process."

Estoppel definition: "the principle which precludes a person from asserting something contrary to what is implied by a previous action or statement of that person or by a previous pertinent judicial determination.
"the case had been one of estoppel""

For those that don't want to read all that: The '685 patent is now locked and loaded. The '685 patent is in the COMPLAINT filings by HDVY as part of the infringement suit and can NOT be denied.

Why this trades at 0.20/share is beyond me.
