That's not an article it is Bahnsen's Linkedin page. Additionally, it is full of nonsense. It doesn't say Green Mine solutions is a subsidiary of Green Mind solutions. It says:

Green M&A Solutions and its subsidiary Green Mine Solutions

Previously, QEDN announced it acquired Green M&A Solutions in 2015. However, Green M&A Solutions is not listed as an asset of QEDN in the recent financials. We also know that QEDN has made no revenue since 2014 so an acquisition seems impossible. Lastly, the Linkedin page states that in 2016 QEDN became Inca Worldwide, Inc. It is true QED Connect, Inc. (QEDN) changed its name to Inca Worldwide, Inc. but then Inca Worldwide, Inc. changed its name to QED Connect, Inc. with no explanation as to why it changed its name back.


Nothing anywhere explains who Green Mind Solutions is and there is nothing I have seen that indicates that QEDN owns Green Mind Solutions. The link you provided does not state that QEDN owns Green Mind Solutions.
