Yeah, they tell the creditors "take it or get nothing in liquidation."

Those same creditors converted a bunch at $0.0001 the year before, came off restriction right before the bankruptcy filing with the "save the common stock!!!" pump, I expect they'll vote "yes."

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
