Here is what it looks like to me: Ault Global subsidary purchased 47 million shares in March for resale. Naked then used this purchase amount to hype up their stock price on April 9th.. Then The Ault Global sub. sold the shares on April 22nd. In the meantime NAKD stock rose because of the announcement that Ault held 6 percent of their stock. NAKD had to know the situation with the stock but didn't include that in their announcement....
