The issue is those selling speculated based on SH having priority on the REG A shares. They are thinking the share price will be at market and discounted. I don't see it that way at all. If they are going to offer 20 mill shares, you can't get that many shares and this to stay under a dollar unless the longs sell...which I'm waiting for over $1.00. I think the speculation is wrong, but that's just my opinion.
