Just keep track of the form 4 SALES and see if they eventually exceed 400k shares....there are people very willing to load this price point...the fact that he is starting the manufacturing process (and Pr-ing it) tells me that the ball is rolling in the right direction business-wise....The SS is amazing and the new notes they are taking on most likely cant be converted for at least 6 months from now...I dont mind him taking off .1% (1/1000) of his holdings to pay himself with shares every year...once his product gets to market and sales revs come in, we should be golden imo...
