Is pumping or bashing a stock illegal? I'm guessing it isn't even though it influences some to buy a certain stock. What if the particular pump'r is actually paid by the company in stock? Then could the SEC have a legitimate "beef" with the company?
Not talking about SFNN just wondering in general, Just got out of SLJB, well a while back. Could've sold at .20 and instead I shunned one of the most important rules about playing pennies, I didn't take profits when I could.
