The market being kind of dull, let's play a little game ...

On JUne 30, BYND reached a pps of S 160 and yesterday it did open at $ 105 (drop of 35%).

I wonder if management out there is looking for an acquisition increasing their market opportunity?

Just for fun: Even at current book values (pps of $105), BYND could offer to buyout KOMOF at 10 times it's current value of $20M, issuing 2,000,000 new shares (dilution of 3% or so considering current O/S of BYND).

I wonder if management of KOMOF would consider a $2,00 per outstanding shares offering if in addition Bynd offered some kind of perk/role to KOMOF's executive ?
