He's basically ignored the company since they ceased operations so why would anyone expect anything different now?

As for him manipulating the stock, the history here shows that's not happened. The only manipulation has been by the occasional groups that jumped in over the years to run it up for a few days and then move on to the next one.

I'm not even sure I really believe the R/S talk as nothing has been stated publicly. Some newly created website randomly posted on a stock discussion website and not disclosed through a PR seems sketchy, especially coming from a lawyer with experience in the securities field.
