ADXS shareholders will vote for this crock of butter? No way Jose. Not only are ADXS shareholders only getting 25% of the new company, but they are bringing 100% of the cash and there seem to be a bunch of the Israeli options that will get converted as well. I was assured by several people here and in Seeking Alpha treatises that the ADXS LM technology and pipeline are the cats meow and a cure for many cancers, so I don't get why they need to blow 50 mil on a private foreign company controlled by Sidransky's Israeli hedge fund.
