IF there are still 10's of millions of shares to be sold from the debt holders (shares from 0.02, 0.03, 0.05....etc ), IMO, we can forget $1 for this year. These holders dont care about what future holds for the company whether its $35M million from a bank, audit is done or not or going to Nasdaq next year.. blah blah and never going to believe $12 POM POM from the fanboys. Why would they sit on 1000% or more gains..

Whenever there is a slight uptick in PPS, these holders get aggressive and sell more and more.. Its evident from last few days with price action.

It seems like the same old pinky land / OTC story..
