EVOL is now a SPAC deal in the making, they are shopping around for the merger, which should be announced in the coming weeks. They divested all their assets, which gives them close to 40 million dollars in cash in the coffers, once a suitable merger is targeted they will announce shortly there after, I believe the target candidate has already been chosen, once the details are finalized they will announce. My bet is that are going to get into the hottest sector, Bitcoin, thus a move like SPR*T is in the cards.
