Let's do a Greene Concepts review...

- Their only company asset is a broken-down water plant that has apparently been abandoned.

- Their latest SEC filing states that Lenny Greene is going to sell 800m shares for $0.0075 each.

- Their latest SEC filing also states that the authorized shares have been moved to 10bil from 3bil and you should expect some dilution beyond the 800mil shares currently being sold.

- Their latest SEC filing also also states that there is a new class of shares that are worth 100mil common shares each once converted.

- Their latest SEC filing also also also states that the company only has 2x employees and one of them is Lenny.

This is going to go to $1? A company with 2x employees is going to be worth billions?
