Hi HBull, I don't want this to look as if I'm joining issues with you but I thought I needed to offer this explanation.

We can see that ECEZ is a real company trying to do real business. They have products in the market but it looks like their finances are very poor. So they have to borrow to finance their operations. I do not see repaying the borrowings with converted shares as dilution. I may be wrong but I still don't see it as dilution.

To give you an insight into my understanding of dilution, take a company like ADGoh. This company had an OS of about 3 billion shares about 3 months ago. Then it was like every other day, the OS went up by about 400,000,000 which resulted in an OS of more than 16 billion today. There is nothing to show for the increase in OS and today they are in the Expert Market. That is my idea of dilution, arbitrarily increasing the OS without anything to show for it. Yes ECEZ greatly increased OS but had something to show for it by becoming Limited Information and hopefully we shall see it as being Pink Current.
