If you’re referring to a comment I made some time ago, what I was implying is that should the sec suit be settled, filings would come out quickly because they would be able to make announcements that are dependent on the outcome of that suit.. Without a resolution, they can’t make the announcements. It’s in the filings that nphc was given an advance on a jv but that the jv is dependent on the outcome of the sec litigation. As we know, we only became current days before the deadline and the sec litigation hasn’t been resolved. My comment was not to imply that Nph was trying to hide anything…I’m sure the sec and the judge are quite aware of everything. It is interesting that there have been no updates on pacer in nearly 5 months..
