Can't say much about share structure. The unrestricted shares are about
847.5 milly

The float has not been updated since 6/30 at 802.2 milly. It is my opinion that the difference between the 2 would give a good idea of an approximate amount of shares still to be diluted.
After all is said and done 3 million dollars buys several hundred million shares.If they were all dropped at once we would be below sub penny.
