The implication would be that the DOJ is investigating Cytodyn and Management on FALSE CLAIMS that Leronlimab works for treating Covid19 and selling lots of stock on those claims.

CD10 and CD12 data shows it works. CD12 shows it was hamstrung yet still worked better than SOC. So if it only worked 30 Percent better than SOC at half dosing, what can be said about BP and their SOC? what can be said about the FDA? what can be said about the NIH ? Who should be going to Jail ?

As for Cytodyn's Leronlimab.

Philippines doctors saying it works.

Brazil Trials will show with a Double Blind placebo controlled trial that it works.

MTNBC - Trials and results show it works.

NASH trial will most likely show it works.

LH Phase 2 results show it works.

Hmmm, who does the DOJ believe ? Negative posters on I-Hub with skewed opinions ? or Trials, Survivor patients and their doctors ?

I think in the END the DOJ will see what the truth is, then move forward against the side which suppressed the truth.
