Look Sir or Son,

After a company is public and then they dump more shares into the market as you continue to repeat, yes that causes dilution. What part of this do you not understand? Geez. give it a rest already.


Here's your last sentence on the subject:

"Then the company sells more shares when they need to"

Maybe if you read what you keep writing you'll know you're not making any sense.
