When news comes the stock will open at .0025 or better and it will be up up and away from there. Not likely anyone will get any shares under .0025.
We saw that when the financials were brought current and with the reinstatement and that news will be nothing compared to a acquisition or RS. It will likely see a dime the first day just as on the news of Conrad's last RS announcement.

If someone tries to convince you to buy a stock they usually have a personal agenda to do so. Not because they are concerned about you making money but about convincing you to buy so they can make money. Same is true for those yelling sell.
