Auctus couldn’t sell those warrants at that price in this market. It was 5X’s the O/S, price would tank, not even close to having the liquidity to do that. Have to look at Actus’s overall profit, what they put in and what they’ll take out, and $8M would be a very nice profit.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
