It says that they sold 270K in debt by way of convertable notes. Do we know who it was sold to and @ what price it is convertable?
The same day they say they bought back 10Mil shares @ .005 a share for a total of 50K.
Did they buy back the 10 Mil. shares ABOVE the convertable price of the 270K note?
It does not make too much sense to me that they have to go into debt another 270K and then spend 50K to buy back 10 Mil shares IF the conversion price is below .005. Only makes sense if conversion price is well above .005. Right?
Who was the entity that the 10Mil. shares were bought from?
Anyone have thoughts on these 2 transactions?
