$WOWU WOW World Of Weed backs out of two licensing agreements: Weed Crumbs and Arena deal (PDXP)
Press Release | 10/18/2021
WOWI Inc, symbol WOWU, backs away from closing an LOI intended to have WOWI market and sell under the franchise name WEED CRUMBS all weed crumbs products and some specific products from WOWI like pre roll joints for wholesale distribution. Anthony C. Russo, CEO of WOWI, says " We found very alarming issues with our compliance expectations and that of the WEED CRUMBS management. We also found there was operational and management differences that we could not buy into or feel we could overcome the negatives of and still operate at the extremely high levels we have both in the quality WOWI demands and the profit margins that we strive to hit.". WOWI is still extremely excited to close other more appropriate licensing agreements this year and going forward in 2022.

WOWI Inc also lets lapse an LOI to enter the most lucrative cannabis market, Southern California, through a proposed licensing agreement involving PDX partners and an arena league located in L.A.. During our due diligence phase we found various issues that arose in which our legal counsel and our various personel did not feel we could move forward with this agreement as it stands. " Although we were very excited about the opportunity we also strongly felt that with some underlying SEC issues with the licensee we just could not pull the trigger and be involved at this time and at minimum till more clarity came out about the various allegations and charges. We loved the structure of the deal and the dynamic people involved but trully could not get over the road blocks as they stand.", Says Anthony C. Russo CEO WOWI Inc.. "We have entertained other offers in Southern California and other areas and will continue to look to enter the professional sports markets and build the WOW WORLD OF WEED brand of products. We really decided to focus our capital expenditures and efforts in our home state of Colorado and this strategy looks like it is paying huge dividends especially during the time of COVID." Anthony C. Russo, CEO WOWI Inc. further expounds.

WOWI Inc looks like it has regained the focus that made it a solid brand and built it into one of the top rated flower producers in Colorado. WOWI strongly feels the end of 2021 and the upcoming 2022 years are going to be the door busting years for the WOW WORLD OF WEED trademarked brand to push into the retail customers' homes both in Colorado and other states across the country. They look to do this through the legal cannabis market in Colorado and the national legal CBD market for other states. "We still have the goal of building WORLD OF WEED into the top nationally branded and diverse product for the neutraceutical arena. We strive to better both the health of our WORLD OF WEED brand followers and equally for the economic health of our various public investors.
