Best is CV19 license partnership , A lump sum plus x percentage goes to IP , the IP takes off down the road to develop Kevetrin.

But flexibility in thinking is needed here as there are a variety of attractive possibilities.

1. entire buyout of IPIX. ( the least logical and profitable approach)
2. A cash plus stock swap with a BP or some other larger entity. ( this is what I think is happening )
3. An arrangement between multiple companies. Where licensing deals cross geography. Say one US one non-US countries.
4. A deal that takes into account Kevetrin.
