This upcoming FRIDAY is the day of "The Vote" regarding an R/S of:

one for two or

up to one for 30 shares .

Purpose of the R/S is to establish a bid price that meets the requirements for Nasdaq listing.

.15 is the logical strike price IMHO

No doubt in my mind we will get a " PR " taste of the revenue numbers from the "soft opening" prior to the vote with a follow up run based on insider buys once all the proper SEC filings have been posted. IMHO
