News that someone is in the hospital does not violate HIPPA.

Their diagnosis could be a HIPPA violation if an unauthorized person accesses it, along with treatment. If the Patient wants to divulge their own private information they can.

So let's play devil's advocate and say there was a second bout of Covid. Would he use a different doctor , most likely not, if that Doctor used LL as a last resort the first time would they wait as long to use it the second time ? YEAH, cause nothing else worked last time.

But somehow even though there's HIPPA laws, you somehow know he was hospitalized a second time in the fall AND also know Leronlimab was not used.

That's a lot of knowledge that wasn't publicized because of HIPPA yet this was gleaned from a feel good article that did not say anything about treatment .
