I agree, it’s a real sign of desperation. But no revenue and growth? The only way to keep growing is to look for additional investors at a established exchange. But Oak street is loosing money everyday just as the Good Clinic. And they are falling out of flavor with Wall Street crowd.

We need prove the concept, if the 3 quarter revenue is 20k for 2 location we aren’t growing. The location rents cost more then the revenue we bringing, not counting cost personal, light, heating/air conditioning and licensing and insurance.

We need to show revenue growth, to support expansion. Expansion of dead fish is a equal to a dead fish.

Hence stuck @ .25 cents for months end, even with 3 locations open.
