Thank you for the info. Interesting Atlas Technology Group, Inc. (ATYG) filed for Form 10-12G July 29 2021 and SEC Review for Form 10 was finalized on September 2 2021. It is about 33 DAYS when it was completed. There is even corespondent SEC generated letter.

There were also no alternative reporting to OTC Market where one can say they were up to date with their 10Q Quarterly report.

So ATYG was in very similar situation like GVSI only difference they were able to beat the Sept 28th rule change got in effect. So it means it takes average about 33 days for SEC to review the Form 10. Also GVSI will be PInk Current right away instead of being Pink Limited/Yield as ATYG became Pink Current with only SEC filed Form 10 with no up to date 10Q.
Exciting times ahead for sure.
