Samis please don't come here with the intent of insulting me or others, Different opinions are respected and I think encouraged but this post was not up to your normal "par"

K.P. you're not much of an investigator---so you want nasty news on the pit??----go to the search menu and type in---Jean Sand Pit---check out august 14 (?) 2000 Las Vegas Sun---would have sent you the page but couldn't find your addy---Thom (COO) on vacation---will visit when he returns---info on your search should (most likely won't) satisfy your negative lust---samis (ignorance is bliss)

I know of the past history of the pit... even have courtTV text on the trial etc., I want current news about what is going right --not what when wrong in the past--

Seeing how you seem to forget (and twist things), I hope your overview of RTI, once visited, will have worth. All I wanted of you was to be honest and ask some tough questions and not play softball like you apparently did with the "shareholder meeting" when you and Rouster conducted the question and answer session with Tom on the speaker phone.

Recall you came away from that meeting believing there was not to be any further near term dilution on the very day they were releasing an amended filing -4 months after the fact-- explaining the terms and conditions of the (1st) debenture for $500k and the dilution it fore told... so please, as I have stated before, think before you put your foot in your mouth and when you stop into RTI, don't play softball if you mean for it to be meaningful. That is all I had wanted to impart to you. You don't have to be mean spirited with him (OR me)... you don't have to play "hardball" or be offensive. But asking anything less and "walking on egg shells" around him will not make your visit IMHO meaningful and you might as well forget it if your intention is merely to kiss some... well, I didn't mean to nor want to insult you. I know you think very highly of Tom and the other management. I no longer have the trust you seem to when it comes to RTI's management currently.

I hope your day improves and with that your attitude... negative lust? Geeze, give me a break! You can't be so blind as to confuse objectivity with negativity... can you?
