I'm holding pat. Many unanswered questions. Who initiated the breakup? What's Plan B? What will breakup cost in terms of shares or notes? Hoping we file in a timely manner with transparency and a clear path going forward.

Regardless of the breakup, this ticker could and should have value. I can also envision a worse case scenario, and in that case the last one to leave please turn out the lights.
