Amazing news for many OTC companies. After 11 lower court decisions going against us, the New York Court of Appeals agreed with us that 1) the fixed rate discount that most toxic convertible notes charge IS interest subject to NY’s usury laws, but also 2) that a violation of NY York’s criminal usury statute VOIDS the transaction. We will post the courts 6-1 decision in our favor shortly.

Any OTC company with toxic loans from NY based lenders should contact the firm to see what they can do to cancel those transactions.
