coinbase is great until you need help. i hear they have a phone support line now, but it's not getting rave reviews, either.

on the plus side, no exchange on earth has the same speed for transferring crypto, doing wire transfers of fiat, etc.

but they really need to step up their game with customer service.

anyone who does that better will wipe them out.
