Seci will not disappear, it will merge or enter into symbiosis with the new company of De Avila, probably becoming its operational arm. The shares will be exchanged for sure and Seci shareholders will receive a share of covenantz shares. But more likely that Seci will be absorbed, if I understand something of the coach's thinking.
