"Liquidation value" is a number, but there is no such restriction on an actual liquidation. The items that were for sale in this liquidation included the intellectual property.

It's all right here in the 6th monitor's report with the APA unsealed. Page 77 is where the list of items sold begins and it just happens to be the patents.

If you'll go to page 37, you'll see one bidder only wanted the intellectual property and bid $150k for it.

These are facts, undeniable truth, and despite what folks want to believe (or pretend to), everything that BioAmber et al owned of value was sold.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
