Let's see, Aitan 'sells' 104 million shares at .0053 and takes $575,000 but has not issued any shares for the money he got but he will when the stock price goes up???

Now if the price of the stock goes down, down, down, then Aitan and his buds are going to keep the $575,000 without issuing a single share and ride off into the sunset!!!
