Farview, re: ERHC commenting on the DOJ/SEC inquries. For the DOJ all the original affidavits are still sealed. They have never been opened by the US government.

Hence, the company is not able to know why the inquiry is occuring and has no comment.

I'm not sure about any SEC hearings.
