This 'amazing successful professional financial advisor' is so competent that he only look at 'dilution' and pps and never discuss THE SIGNIFICANT TOPIC CALLE 'MARKET CAP'.

Current market cap ($7 M) could be more than justified by any kind of initial revenue growth (base of $100k) and even if for whatever reasons 750,000,000 additional shares were to be issued, at current pps (22) market cap would still be less than $9,000,000.

This advisor is obviously only interested in getting the pps as low as he can by continuously repeating few factual details that are close to irrelevant to an investor. I bet he is just a small daytrader trying to manipulate the pps so he can make few hundreds $$$ now and then.
