eMail Sent To Shawn Today Addressing O/S Dilution of 62M Shares 10/12/21

Please consider the following instead of issuing more shares to pay for Notes & Warrants:

1). Negotiate with Holders of Notes & Warrants that GRST will pay the remaining balances with revenue generated over a period of 1 year moving forward.

2). Sell Canadian property and pay off the Notes & Warrants.

Lastly, please FREEZE any further Dilution.
