Thanks for posting the webinar from the other day.

It's always easier to go back and listen to it again to replay parts that one might not catch on the original call.

I noticed at about 41:00 into the webinar the question was asked about when the Company might be considered a take-over candidate. Dan said that most likely no buy-out candidates would appear before the Springpole permitting is in hand. IMO they think that's what will happen, but aren't really sure that's the case. Keith indicated the same thing on the webinar they had a few months back. That makes sense as far as a bigger Player committing significant money into Springpole. They want to know the permitting is good to go.

A month or so ago I asked Paul to ask Keith what his thoughts were on a possible hostile takeover of the Company happening because of our low share price. Would he be concerned that shareholders might vote to sell their shares at a low-ball price to make a profit, being that most of the Company is held by retail investors. Keith's reply per Paul was that there are enough big, retail shareholders in the Company for that not to happen and those shareholders wouldn't sell on the cheap.

On the webinar Dan laughed off his takeover question and was saying he hoped any takeover talk wouldn't happen this quarter. He made the point that currently we're a developer that no one believes is going to get the permitting done and I'll certainly agree with him on that point. What Dan needs to do is make it so that perception changes. He needs to make potential investors think they can get it done IMO. I think he needs to focus more on telling the permitting story and inform people on where they're at with it. He did that some on this webinar.

I won't disagree with the premise that the whole sector is in the crapper, but it's been clear for a long, long time now no one believes we'll ever get Springpole permitted and it reflects in the share price in a huge way.
