Looks like this is what was amended:

“As of June 30, 2019, the number of shares outstanding of our Common Stock was: 2,049,417,108.”

From the amended filing:

“As of June 30, 2019, the number of shares outstanding of our Common Stock was: 2,261,421,137.”

As such, each subsequent filing had to be amended accordingly. There could be other corrections, but this is what I think was the crux of the matter. JMHO
