Changees... so JJ decides himself that this 'legally binding' contract CLAUSE is NOT to his LIKING, so he decides to commit 'Breach of Contract'. And that is his sole argument why he violated the contract T&C!!! Not real smart on him. JJ needs a class in Procurement 101.
