What I'm really concerned about is that War was doing the calculation for raising $5mil from the mentioned investor by selling shares at an avrg. of 0.001. Which makes it 5 billion shares to dilute. So far so good... or not.
But as BYOC was proclaiming and Dude is repetitively posting here, BYOC is discussing(!) about $5mil to $50(!!!)mil acquisitions. So, what if they went for these $50mil acquisition? Then we would be talking about some 50 billion (!!!!!) shares required to get diluted at the current pps.
Ever thought about that?
