This is primed and ready to go. If there were more shares to sell they would be trying to finish up before change in control, if more dilution we would be back at .0007, .0008, the offering is complete no more dilution. I am expecting run to multi pennies starting with the transfer of control.

Also other poster pointed Jeff Cannouse 90 day advisory almost over this late next week. Expect closing and transfer of control to new CEO soon.
